Through its office based at the ADCCI’s headquarters, the ADBWC is operating under the umbrella
of the ADCCI and is run by an executive board which is appointed pursuant to a decision issued
by the ADCCI’s Board of Directors every four years. According to Decision No. 59 issued by the
